Nothing that I didn't like.

First off, the service was top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. The attention to detail was impressive, with small touches like a personalized note and welcome gifts in our room.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor hiccups that we encountered. They were only able to offer us a tour package with a car rental, which seemed odd.

The rooms at the hotel were updated and modern, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests that we had. Additionally, the hotel's key location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore and visit popular attractions.

The breakfast options were also not fresh and didn't match what was advertised. This was a letdown considering the pictures shown online.

The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and within walking distance to the Louvre and the River Seine. The breakfast served in the Camélia restaurant area was delightful, surrounded by a beautiful green landscape.

The staff at Mandarin Oriental were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the Louvre. The concierge team was also very helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with top-notch entertainment provided by Bang and Olufsen. It truly was a five-star experience, made even more special by the bottle of Champagne waiting for me in the suite.
