We had an amazing stay at this place in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better, as there was a tram line right next to the hotel that took us straight into the city center. The staff was exceptional, always focusing on customer service and making sure we had everything we needed. The room amenities were everything we could have possibly asked for, from the in-room safe to the mini-bar and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was top notch, and we even received a welcome drink upon arrival.

There really were no negative aspects to this hotel. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The staff, including Theo, Yannick, Maeva. They always greeted us with a smile on their face. The breakfast and dinner options were enjoyable, and although the choice was limited, they also had "bocaux" available for snacking at any time. The location was perfect for catching an early morning TGV to Paris, just a short 5-minute walk away. It was also convenient to explore the old town with a pleasant street car ride, taking only 10-15 minutes to reach the Grand Theater. The room was fresh, comfortable, and generously sized for a city center hotel. The mattress was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The value for money at Novotel was impressive, making it affordable for our family. The room was cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient with the tram right outside the hotel, taking us to the city center in no time.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the railway station and I must say it was an excellent experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the staff were very welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station. The highlight for me was the amazing breakfast spread they had, with a great variety of options. They even had a restaurant that served dinner in the evenings. The 24-hour reception was also very convenient.

I've just had the most wonderful stay at a hotel in Bordeaux. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and right opposite a tram stop. Within minutes, I could easily get to the City Centre, the historical center, or even the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. it was a fantastic experience.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel, which was a bit run-down.

The room had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge and a TV. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station.- The bed was comfortable and we couldn't hear noise from outside.

The lobby had a strong unpleasant smell. The hotel staff were not very helpful when it came to providing tourist information readily.

We had trouble with cleaning – no cleaning service was provided for one night, and the staff were unable to help. We were promised a refund by the hotel manager but the manager was not on site the next day to follow through with the promise.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable from beginning to end. We were even upgraded for free, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine and a kettle. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to the main train station and having a tram stop right next to it. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around.

While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast, although good, had some cold dishes and would have been better if it was served until later in the morning.
