We had an absolutely amazing stay at Nikko. the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. From the friendly valet guys to the kind front desk staff, everyone was impeccable. They even upgraded us to larger rooms and allowed a late check out for my son. the hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful modern rooms and a lovely large tub in the bathroom. the coffee maker in the room was a nice touch too.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area near shops, transport links and the Tenderloin district, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with quick elevators and a Starbucks on site. However, the petite queen room is very cramped and overpriced at $320 per night. The friendly staff do their best, but the lack of space and mediocre breakfast left me underwhelmed.

Breakfast buffet in Anzu restaurant is extensive and includes both American and Asian options. Perfect service from staff, addressing guests by name.

I wish the children of the staff could provide more guidance on places of interest for seniors in the area.
