During my stay at Hotel Nikko, I had a fantastic experience. The view from my room on the club floor was absolutely breathtaking, offering a magnificent view of the city. The room itself was beautifully decorated, and the hotel lobby had an attractive ambiance. What impressed me even more was the hotel's effort to help homeless puppies, showing their commitment to making a positive impact. The staff at Hotel Nikko were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. Plus, the hotel was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a peaceful nights' sleep.

Great location, close to Union Square and all the shopping and dining options. Convenient for exploring the city. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Liked the helpful and friendly staff who assisted with early check-in, late check-out, and gave great recommendations for transportation options.

The room size was too small, not enough space for luggage. Staff response to our complaint was unhelpful. Valet service initially claimed there was no parking available, but magically found space when we insisted. No EV charging available, a disappointment for a supposedly upscale hotel. We booked a room for three but received confirmation for a room for two. the stay was mediocre due to the issues with room size and service.

The room was fabulous, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a terrace and flat-screen TV. we loved the location and service of this hotel. The spa and wellness center was a lovely touch, offering great amenities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and steam room. We appreciated the fitness center and the in-room breakfast options. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

My king deluxe room reservation was downgraded to a queen room upon check-in, but the staff quickly accommodated us in a beautiful suite. The location near Union Square was convenient and the gym/pool area was excellent. Overall I had a good stay at Nikko.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Nikko. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the pool area was stunning. The hotel's downtown location made it easy to explore the city, and we loved the convenience of having shops and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a good range of options and was served until 10:30am. a really enjoyable stay with professional and courteous staff.

This hotel is perfectly located for everything in SF. It's right in the center of the city, close to the many shops around Union Square. The rooms on the 22 floors have amazing decoration and offer nice views of downtown San Francisco. Plus, the breakfast with Japanese style food options is included and a great start to the day.

We had a great stay at this luxury hotel! The location in a nice area near Union Square made it easy to explore all of San Francisco's attractions. The staff provided excellent customer service, from the friendly doorman and front desk team to the attentive room service staff. They made us feel welcome and took care of our every need. The room was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, where we had delicious meals and drinks. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel facilities were great, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Starbucks conveniently located in the same building. The location was perfect, with easy access to the cable car, fitness center, shops, and attractions.

Stylish hotel, convenient location, comfortable bed, quiet room, good size bathroom, great shower, lovely room with everything needed, effective air con, fridge space, great location for exploring, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and hot tub area, pet-friendly hotel.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The location was great and convenient for shopping and exploring the city. I appreciated receiving complimentary water bottles and coffee in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room had modern amenities such as a tablet hotel guide.

I didn't appreciate having to pay extra for amenities such as access to the fitness area and pool. Additionally, the noise from outside traffic was disruptive throughout the night, and the carpet in the room was dirty.
