We were pleasantly surprised by the level of hospitality provided by the owners, Alvina and Sergi. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us recover a lost item. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the metro or a quick taxi ride to the city center. I highly recommend Crossway for a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

The hotel had clean and organized facilities, including a beautiful garden. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with any issues we had. the location, although a 7-minute drive from the city center, offered a calm and comfortable environment. Additionally, the hotel provided affordable transportation options with guidance, unlike other places.

The room and bathroom were small and there was no TV available. the central heating was not working properly, which was a drawback.

Throughout my trip, they provided excellent guidance and even drove me to the old city of Tbilisi to help me buy a SIM card. Their hospitality and commitment to their guests were truly exceptional. The hotel itself was cozy, and Alveena, who took care of the hotel, was incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. The location of the hotel, although a bit outside the city center, was convenient with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a great first experience in Georgia.

The hotel we stayed at was a cozy and warm place, perfect for a romantic escape. the ambiance created by the owners made us feel like we were staying with close relatives. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was exceptional. We also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the local transportation system, which made it easy for us to explore the area.

We found the location to be quite noisy, and it was difficult to get quality sleep during the night. we did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood after dark.
