We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions and central meeting points. The transportation options were convenient, with a reliable taxi service available. we had a great experience thanks to the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to be near the shopping area of Karlplatz. It is right in the center of the city, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views overlooking the city and a small park. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is attentive. Additionally, there are restaurants, bars, and shops within the hotel premises.

Some of the staff members at the front desk were not as helpful as expected.

The hotel offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi access, which was great. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. the hotel had a rooftop terrace with amazing views which was an added bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. We found bed bugs in our room which was extremely unsettling and the staff did not offer an immediate solution.

The staff were exceptional, offering a complimentary upgrade and beverages upon arrival. The Blue Spa classic massage was excellent, and the sauna facilities were also great. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, high-end stores, and essential German attractions.

The dining experience at the Garden restaurant was outstanding. The food was delicious, but what truly made it special was the exceptional service from Steffi, Gerard, and the rest of the team. They made us feel like old friends throughout our meal. The pool was in a beautiful setting, although a bit chilly for my liking. The gym was well-equipped and the rooms were nicely appointed.
