Our stay at Best Western in Triberg was definitely worth the money. The apartment on the top floor was spacious with a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with a picturesque town to explore and beautiful waterfalls nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had a comfortable stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better. It would have been great if the items like scramble eggs, breads, and croissants were served hot instead of cold.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular, overlooking Triberg. I really appreciated the convenient indoor garage and the fact that the staff at the reception spoke fluent English and were very friendly and informative. The hotel was also very clean and the swimming pool was a great bonus after a long day of walking. The restaurant served delicious dinner, making our dining experience enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this superdeluxe hotel! The rooms were spacious and had superdeluxe balconies with stunning views. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. They even had a water cooker, tea, and coffee in the room. The breakfast spread was fantastic and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect for our motorcycle tour with its close proximity to scenic routes and beautiful curves. a top-notch experience for couples!

The hotel is located on top of a hill, offering fantastic morning views over the town. Guests can enjoy the beautiful forest surroundings while dining at the restaurant or relaxing in the kids play area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and balconies that provide a nice view. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Moreover, the breakfast offers a good variety of food, and the hotel provides free entry passes to nearby attractions, including the waterfall.

We had a lovely time at this hotel! It was situated on a hill, offering beautiful views. The service was impeccable, with great room service and housekeeping. The staff at the reception were very helpful, offering tours and tickets to attractions in the area. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was well-equipped, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the terrace with garden furniture and the in-room safe.

The free tickets to the nearby attractions and delicious breakfast spread were definitely a plus. Great location for exploring the area.

Our Christmas stay was marred by noisy and inconsiderate fellow guests who constantly ran around and played with toys in the hallway, making it difficult to sleep. the heating system in the room was also quite noisy and kept waking us up throughout the night.

Helpful staff, English-speaking, amazing breakfast, quiet location with great views, easy parking, outdoor terrace for drinks.
