our recent stay in baden-baden was amazing, but our stay at heliopark was even better! the breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and the location was perfect with lots of bars/restaurants nearby. our room with a balcony was perfect for sunset drinks. highly recommend for couples!

Something was missing - no assistant at check-in! tired and with multiple bags, it was inconvenient.

The spa area is very good and there is a relaxing drinks area. There is also a computer and printer freely available, as well as good WiFi. The location is central and easy to find.

It was so convenient to have the park and nice cafes nearby. the hotel itself was very clean and the service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded one of our rooms. the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Plus, they had thermal water in the bathtubs, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this hotel for couples visiting the area.
