The bathrooms are uncomfortably small!!! Communication about spa appointments requires improvement!!! The absence of an elevator is a struggle for guests with luggage!!! Limited Wi-Fi connectivity can be frustrating at times!!!

The location is fantastic—just a bike ride to Neuschwanstein Castle! Breakfast was delightful, served by a hostess in traditional Bavarian attire, making mornings extra charming!

Noise from the busy street interfered with sleep at night! Some bathrooms felt cramped, affecting overall comfort during my stay.

I had a nice week with my partner in this charming spot. The staff were warm and helpful, making our stay comfortable. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, although it did not change for the entire week. One evening, we relaxed in the garden by the Biergarten after a day out exploring nearby castles. The location worked well for our road trip, giving us easy access to the attractions we wanted to see.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed cycling around the beautiful area and took advantage of the complimentary wireless Internet access. The staff were super friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was solid, and we loved the secure bike storage. Definitely check out the nearby pony farm if you have the time!

One downside was our room was facing a busy street, which made it a bit noisy during the nights. The beds were also not the most comfortable, but we managed by adjusting to the typical German style.

Recommend it for a cozy getaway

The staff was super friendly, greeted us like family when we checked in. The breakfast spread was impressive, plenty of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries every morning.

It was a bit pricey,,, but you get what you pay for, I guess.
