The staff was friendly and spoke English, perfect for when my German wasn't so good. The room was clean and a good size. The hotel's location is close to the castles and shopping, with plenty of parking available. The included breakfast was awesome, with delicious breads, meats, cheeses.

the room at Weinbauer was beautifully clean and comfortable. the highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of tasty food and drinks. I also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was very close to the castles. Whether you choose to drive or walk, you can easily reach the castles from the hotel. I appreciated that the hotel provided electronic tickets for public transportation. Finally, the spa facilities, including the sauna rooms and jacuzzi, were a fantastic way to relax after a long day.

As young families, we loved that the hotel had a kid-friendly back yard lounge area with toys and a grassy space. The location was perfect, with the cable car and castle within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even had a cold beer ready for us upon arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was ample free parking available. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh produce, and we especially enjoyed the wellness center, particularly the PhysioTherm experience. a fantastic stay!

One minor drawback is the presence of traffic noise from the busy road outside.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the Neuschwanstein castle and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a homely feeling. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, from the friendly reception to the helpful breakfast service. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful common area at the end of the hall. it was a wonderful stay.

There was a small issue regarding communication about late check-in, which resulted in a bit of confusion upon arrival.

A Terrific Find!

When my husband and I stayed at Hotel Weinbauer, we were delighted to find that our room had a lovely patio. It was the perfect place for us to unwind in the evening while our daughter slept peacefully. The view of the illuminated Neuschwanstein castle from our patio was simply breathtaking.

The room lacked proper cleaning and maintenance, with cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and it smelled musty. the bedsheet had stains, and the wi-fi connection wasn't reliable.
