I had a great stay for four nights. I loved the stunning breakfast buffet and the modern decor. However, the air conditioning struggled at night. Would return!

The hotel’s location by the river is simply stunning, and breakfast was a delight with a beautiful view outdoors. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to a lovely atmosphere.

However, the air conditioning was quite noisy, and the beds felt too soft for my back. Also, I was disappointed to find no kettle or coffee-making facilities in the room.

Showering in the bathtub with a flimsy curtain is simply antiquated!!! A kettle in the room would really be a welcome addition!!! The heating felt off, resulting in a chilly environment.

Request a room with proper heating and check for amenities like an iron and board, as they are not provided in the rooms.

Enjoyed the charming Köpenick area with lovely river views and a delicious breakfast. However, slow service during peak times in the bar impacted the experience. Overall, a pleasant stay amidst a vibrant neighborhood.

This place suits me perfectly, offering 24-hour reception, restaurant, bar/lounge area, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with a late check-out. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay! I’m coming back for a city break.

there had been a kettle for hot drinks. I appreciated the delicious breakfast and the great views of the waterfront. Although the location is convenient, the nearby road can be busy at times. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Berlin.

i really wanted to give a good review, but my bed was way too stiff and the pillows were so low quality they could’ve been napkins. also, no kettle in the room for my tea? ! how absurd. i honestly expected a room upgrade for all this inconvenience, but apparently, that's too much to ask for.

A self-catering setup would be smart!!! A refrigerator or kettle would make longer stays far more comfortable. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower curtain, which feels outdated!!! The distance from central Berlin could be a hassle for some!!!

The lobby had this cool vibe like a trendy bar and the staff were friendly making it feel welcoming. I really enjoyed breakfast outside by the sun with a view of the castle, it was a perfect way to start the day.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still reasonable for what you get.

The hotel impressed with its modern decor, cleanliness, and well-furnished rooms. A particular highlight was the bar, which offered a great selection and friendly, bilingual staff. The only downside was the somewhat slow Wi-Fi during peak hours. There's also a lovely terrace with beautiful river views.

Charming area by the river, close to Köpenick's old town! 😊 The staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fitness room and sauna. Great for relaxing with a drink in the lovely restaurant.

The journey to the city center takes some time, and the bedding could be improved. 💤
