Wonderful breakfast options available until 11:00 am! The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and friendliness throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet offered an outstanding variety that catered to all tastes, making mornings delightful.

We experienced some noise from the cleaning staff early in the mornings, which disrupted our ability to sleep in during our stay.

This hotel is very close to the Hofbräuhaus and only a short walk to Marienplatz. Exploring the nearby Viktualienmarkt with my granddaughter was a delightful experience. The hotel food events were a lovely surprise, making our stay extra special.

My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options.

Housekeeping lacks consistency and timing!!! Small bathrooms are cramped and uninviting!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable and frustrating!!! High parking fees are excessive and off-putting!!!

the location was fantastic everything was within walking distance the staff was super friendly especially at reception the cozy bar had delicious cakes for an afternoon treat

Had a bit of a rough start. We were bumped into a smaller room at first, right next to the kitchen! ! But after a quick call, they did move us into something better after we settled in. The breakfast was a highlight for sure, solid selection, but not extraordinary. Another plus was the traditional dress the staff wore, it made the atmosphere a bit more special.

Overall, it cost a fair amount, but the experience wasn’t all bad.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a welcoming bar area. The staff even helped me print documents during my first stay, making it a memorable experience. I highly recommend it for a city break!
