The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making it a cozy place for a romantic escape. the hotel's location was great, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was also friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. the parking situation was a hassle and an additional expense.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, including the bathroom and shower. The indoor pool was spacious and allowed for plenty of room to swim and relax. The business section was a great amenity, as I had some work to attend to before checking out. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of all the downtown food places and the ballpark. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, with easy access to Talking Stick Arena and Chase Field. the hotel had modern facilities and decorations, and the room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and tableware. It was convenient to have a kitchen area to cook in. the free breakfast provided was of good quality, and the Front Desk Agent, Miguel, was friendly and helpful. He quickly changed our room to one with two queen beds when we found the sofa bed too small.

Construction in the area made it difficult to walk around with closed sidewalks, which was a bit inconvenient. the valet parking was a bit pricey, although the staff were nice and quick.

Great location, lots of things to do around. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Staff was incredible. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room.

Parking is expensive. Bathroom had some issues with flushing and water pressure.

Location central, property updated, staff pleasant, room clean. Mountain view gorgeous, spacious room for family. Pool warm, no issues. Shower great, bed comfortable, walkable distance to everything. Gym well equipped, breakfast spectacular. Wifi worked well. Highly recommend!
