I had a fantastic stay at the Waldorf Astoria. When I checked in, I asked for an upgrade and was pleasantly surprised to be given a larger room. The room, though a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa, though in need of renovation, was spacious and offered gender-separated vitality, sauna, and steam rooms. The indoor pool was also large, though it could use some updates. The turndown service with the complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, and the complimentary shuttle to nearby restaurants was a convenient perk. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and prompt in attending to our needs. They were very helpful with suggestions for dinner and any other inquiries we had. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to all the landmarks we wanted to visit and right near the mall. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood where many other luxury hotels can be found, and it is also close to numerous landmarks in the area. Guests can easily access local restaurants for dinner, as well. The hotel offers great service and facilities such as a spa and a gym which, although it has limited free weights, was still satisfactory.

The hotel may not have the best lighting in some of its rooms.

Great service, luxurious room with comfortable beds. The highlight of our stay was the amazing top-notch food at the restaurant. Despite the one drawback of slow room service, we had a fantastic experience overall and would recommend Waldorf.

The staff was fantastic and efficient. The rooms were very quiet and private. The artwork throughout the building was impressive. The soaking tub with the TV was a great feature. The valet service during snowy weather was convenient.

Rooms fell short of expectations for a luxury brand. Beware of extra charges and slow service at the bar. Snooty and unhelpful employees, with poor communication regarding charges

We had an exquisite stay at this hotel. The luxurious amenities met our expectations and superseded them. The staff was very attentive and friendly, the indoor swimming pool made for an excellent relaxation activity, while the spa lounge was perfect for unwinding. Our room was very spacious with exclusive in-room facilities, and the breakfast tasted exquisite with a vast array of options included in the service.

We experienced only one minor issue during our stay. The steam room was not operating for a brief period, which was disappointing. Overall though, the hotel's numerous advantages outshone this small inconvenience.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a hotel where they offered complimentary champagne and chocolates - a lovely touch! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The view from the room was amazing, we could see the city skyline and it was so beautiful at night.

The room was quite small and cramped, we felt a bit claustrophobic. Also, the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. We had trouble connecting and staying connected throughout our stay. It was frustrating, especially since we were trying to use it for work purposes.
