I had a fantastic stay at the Waldorf Astoria. When I checked in, I asked for an upgrade and was pleasantly surprised to be given a larger room. The room, though a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa, though in need of renovation, was spacious and offered gender-separated vitality, sauna, and steam rooms. The indoor pool was also large, though it could use some updates. The turndown service with the complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, and the complimentary shuttle to nearby restaurants was a convenient perk. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and prompt in attending to our needs. They were very helpful with suggestions for dinner and any other inquiries we had. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to all the landmarks we wanted to visit and right near the mall. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location was great, with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The staff was very nice and professional. The rooms were spotless and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The hotel facilities were luxurious and immaculate, and I enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful spa. The house car service, a stylish and comfortable Tesla S, was a convenient and stylish way to get around.

The staff was fantastic and efficient. The rooms were very quiet and private. The artwork throughout the building was impressive. The soaking tub with the TV was a great feature. The valet service during snowy weather was convenient.

Loved the elegant and private feel of this hotel! The room was even more spacious and beautiful than I expected, with a grand bathroom that exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the modern decor added a touch of luxury. I also appreciated the intimate lobby and entryway, which made check-in feel more personal. The house car service in a Tesla S was a stylish and convenient perk. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to shopping and dining options. The lack of a Keurig in the room was a minor inconvenience, but I could easily order coffee to be brought up. a wonderful experience!

Didn't like the extra charges and slow service at the bar. The incidentals fee turned out to be confusing and resulted in unexpected charges to my account.

Staff was prompt, providing great privacy in the city center. Rooms were extremely quiet with fantastic artwork. Room service was fast, food quality excellent. Spa and gym were lovely, clean, and well-equipped. Reception staff and bell person were lovely and friendly near the mall.

This hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood where many other luxury hotels can be found, and it is also close to numerous landmarks in the area. Guests can easily access local restaurants for dinner, as well. The hotel offers great service and facilities such as a spa and a gym which, although it has limited free weights, was still satisfactory.

The hotel may not have the best lighting in some of its rooms.

Great service, luxurious room with comfortable beds. The highlight of our stay was the amazing top-notch food at the restaurant. Despite the one drawback of slow room service, we had a fantastic experience overall and would recommend Waldorf.

We had an exquisite stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities met our expectations and superseded them. the staff was very attentive and friendly, the indoor swimming pool made for an excellent relaxation activity, while the spa lounge was perfect for unwinding. Our room was very spacious with exclusive in-room facilities, and the breakfast tasted exquisite with a vast array of options included in the service.
