We stayed in a deluxe beach bungalow, which had a stunning sea view. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from our balcony, it was truly stunning. The hotel had plenty of facilities, including pools and a swim-up bar, which added to our enjoyment of the trip.

The lack of accessibility, as there were many steps to navigate in order to reach our room.

I had a remarkable experience at this luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities, from the moment I arrived until I left. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my every need was met. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were immaculate, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to use. My body scrub and full body massage at the Spa and wellness centre was heaven on earth, and I enjoyed every minute of it. The Turkish bath, steam room, and sauna were also top-notch, making me feel revitalized. The sun terrace and garden areas were picturesque, and the location advantages were a bonus. The restaurant, bar, and poolside snack bar provided a wide range of exquisite cuisine, including special diet menus. I had a memorable time here, and all my expectations were exceeded.

The only minor issue I had during my stay at this venue was the lack of variety in the live entertainment provided in the evening. However, given the level of luxury and exclusivity this hotel offers, this was a minor inconvenience.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially George and his team. The maid service was excellent, and our Double Sea View room was clean and well-lit. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. We enjoyed the beach service provided by Nicks, who offered free water and drinks, as well as food from the snack menu. The hotel's two restaurants with a la carte menus were a nice treat, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions like Kefalos, Melissa's Honey store/restaurant, and the mountain village of Zia. Kos town offered plenty of shopping and dining options, and we found some great places along the beach. The beachfront bungalows were stunningly beautiful.

Felt very lucky, no complaints whatsoever.
