As young people, we absolutely loved the private pool and impeccable standard of the room at Neptune Suites. The location offered peace and stunning views, and there were plenty of highly-rated restaurants nearby. The attentive and friendly staff, particularly Sophia and Nadia, made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the suite was faultless, and the overall luxury provided was worth every penny. We also appreciated the proximity to the bus stop for exploring the island.

I recently stayed at Neptune Suites for 3 nights during my one-week trip to Santorini. The room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection, and the view of the Caldera was absolutely breathtaking. We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Neptune. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the island, offering spectacular views of the Caldera. The small and intimate setting, with limited rooms, made for a personalized and attentive service from the staff. They even arranged dinner reservations for us and provided excellent recommendations. And the highlight was definitely the breakfast served on our private terrace each morning.

The location was ideal, close to the bus stop and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The value for money at Neptune Luxury Suites was excellent! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a private pool with a jacuzzi. The view of the caldera from the room was breathtaking. The staff, especially Sophia at the reception and Vasilis who handled breakfast and logistics, were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The location was peaceful and relaxing, away from the crowded areas of the island.

The hotel breakfast could be improved with more local delivery options available for dinner.
