As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the airport and the spacious rooms with multiple bathrooms and a kitchenette. The free parking and WiFi were a great bonus. The large pool was a hit, and having a convenience store in the lobby was handy.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was so close to everything especially the bus stops and shopping areas. We enjoyed the fresh air and the beautiful views by the edges. The breakfast was delicious, there were so many options to choose from. The view from our room was breathtaking, we couldn't get enough.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently located close to the Tumon area, which is perfect for exploring the city. The pool was also a highlight of the hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Plus, the friendly and understanding front desk staff made check-in and check-out a breeze.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were stains on the furniture and fruit flies were a constant annoyance.

Upon arrival, we were pleased with the spaciousness of our room at Garden Villa. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meal preparation, allowing us to save money on dining out. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the availability of a 24-hour minimart on the property was convenient. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as thin blankets and a lack of hand towels, our overall stay was pleasant, and we would recommend this hotel.

This is my third stay at Garden Villa and it continues to provide the best deal in Guam. The room size is impressive, with a full kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms. The cleanliness is outstanding, which is why I keep returning. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The location is convenient, whether walking or driving. Laundry facilities are available in each building, adding to the convenience. A great value for the money!

The front desk staff seemed busy and hard to reach at times, and the guest relations officer was less accommodating than expected. the hotel phone system could use some improvement as calls were often unanswered or disconnected abruptly.

Stay away from this hotel! It was the worst experience ever. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything and in a vibrant area. I also liked the fact that the room rates were affordable and the rooms themselves were nice.

Everything else about this hotel was a complete disaster. The elevators were not working properly, and as someone with asthma, being put on the 3rd floor with no elevator was an absolute nightmare.
