Some guests experienced issues with housekeeping, such as infrequent room cleaning and insufficient towel change. However, these concerns were effectively addressed when brought to the attention of the reception staff.

I had a great city break experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights and close to public transportation. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor, especially after using the shower.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of choices and delicious coffee. The staff were very friendly and patient, making sure everyone got to enjoy breakfast even if they arrived late. The location was perfect, situated between Hero Square and the Danube, providing easy access to the main attractions in Budapest. The rooms were lovely, recently refurbished with spacious bathrooms and cleanliness was impressive. an excellent choice in the heart of the city.

We were truly spoiled for choice. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It made exploring the city so convenient.
