The location is great, just a few minutes away from Vik and close to many attractions. The cottage itself is sparkling clean, with comfortable furniture and fast wifi. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience enjoyable.

One negative aspect is that you need to bring your own blanket, linens, shampoo/soap, and salt for cooking.

We stayed at a beautiful little cabin, perfectly sized for the 3 of us traveling. The villa had a nice sitting room with a dining table, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals. The beds were fairly comfortable and the view from the cabin was great. The cabin was well-equipped, providing ample space for us to relax. We arrived during a snowstorm, which made the place feel even more cozy. The host was helpful, arranging for bed sheets and linen immediately. Kitchen facilities were great, and we didn't miss anything to prepare our meals. it was a lovely experience and the location was convenient for visiting various places.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin nestled at the foot of a beautiful mountain. The farmer/owner was very helpful, and the cabin was sparkling clean. It had all the necessary facilities, including fast wifi and comfortable furniture. The location was great, just a few minutes' drive from a number of attractions, and the views were incredible. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area.

The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, even going as far as driving to meet us when we got lost. The size of the place was amazing with fully loaded kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The views from the cabin were stunning and it was conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The wifi was super fast and reliable.

Convenient location near Vik, with ample opportunities for exploration. Warm and comfortable cabins with a great shower. Well-equipped kitchen for short stays. No oven, but not an issue. Secluded accommodation off the main road, offering a peaceful atmosphere and stunning starry nights. Good quality lodge with central heating. Easy to find with helpful signposts and prompt host greeting. Reasonably spacious, well-supplied, and cozy cottage. Close proximity to Vik and the wrecked plane.

We loved this cabin! Super cozy and nice to be in a place to ourselves. It was about a 15 - 20 min ride into town, but closer to the attractions: the Black sand beaches, etc. Bathroom was big, heating worked well. Wifi and parking were easy. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great remote spot for potential lights sightings, very near to Vik and the amazing beaches. Wifi worked perfectly. Supplied with everything we needed.

Weather was bad on our late arrival, unsure where and how to find our key. Paying by cash and separate linens fee were confusing.

My family and I stayed at a lovely Villa during our travel across Iceland. We loved everything about the cabin, from the spacious and clean interior to the friendly and amazing person who welcomed us at check-in. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fully loaded kitchen. The bedrooms had windows and heating units, and the living room had huge windows that could be completely shut with great blackout blinds. The cabin was also conveniently located for stores, restaurants, and nearby attractions like the Black sand beaches. it was a cozy and enjoyable place to stay, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable long-term stay.
