We loved the superb balcony with a perfect view of the iconic Bridge of Sighs. The Venetian old school room with a four poster bed added a romantic touch to our stay. The hotel's style and aesthetics, with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, truly gave a sense of luxury and class.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Al Ponte Dei Sospiri. The location was perfect, just a short walk from St. Mark's Square and the vaporetto stop. Our room, a Junior Suite, was spacious and beautifully decorated. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we enjoyed having it in our room. The staff, especially Raffaele, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this four-star hotel! This place is located right on the Bridge of Sighs Canal, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major sights in the area. The location could not have been more perfect! The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping to the airport shuttle. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay. The room itself was beautifully decorated in a traditional Viennese style, and the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, added an extra level of convenience.

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel had a great location, close to San Marco Square and all major sights in the area. Guests enjoyed the charming rooms with elegant decor, including four-poster beds and tapestries. Some rooms even had a balcony with stunning canal views. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices including delicious pastries. Guests appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as a complimentary bottle of champagne for a special occasion.

The hotel had some maintenance issues, such as leaking toilets and loose fixtures, which affected the overall experience.

The glass-blowing tour was informative and fun. the location was central which made it easy to explore and access the attractions. the staff were friendly and courteous.

The breakfast was lackluster, with limited options. the room was smaller than expected and in dire need of repair.
