The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. They took a deposit of 500k idr, which was promptly refunded at check-out. The free airport shuttle was convenient, running every hour. What I really liked was that they served breakfast from 3am during Ramadan, instead of the usual 4am, so I could have a meal before heading to my next destination. The hotel's proximity to the airport was great, although it's important to allow enough time for the journey due to the small one-way roads in the area.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two complimentary drinks at their rooftop bar which was a nice gesture. The location was convenient as it was close to the airport and the free shuttle service was helpful. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and provided a refreshing break from the Jakarta heat.

The air conditioning and fridge didn't work properly either. We didn't report it immediately as we were tired from travelling, but it put a damper on our stay.

The hotel had great facilities, including a mini bar, although we wished it offered more variety of snacks. The room service was exceptional, arriving within half an hour and available 24/7. The hotel itself was modern and luxurious, providing free disposable slippers and bottles of water. The toiletries offered were comprehensive, including cotton buds, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and even a comb. The restaurant was lovely, with a wide variety of food options and pleasant music playing in the background. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
