Breakfast had a great view on the river.

Unfortunately, the staff's responsiveness was lacking. The evening staff provided incorrect information regarding tour bookings, which led to conflicts with our schedule. Additionally, I encountered issues with the refrigerator in my room not functioning and the overall organisation of tours was frustrating, as the brochures were outdated and help was scarce. Also, the airport transfer I booked through the hotel was significantly overpriced and arrived over an hour late.

The minibus service booked through the hotel was a nightmare. completely overloaded and chaotic!!! Also, the room designs are a bit cramped and outdated, not to mention those elusive bicycles they advertise!!!

I loved how clean everything was, and the river view from my room was just amazing. I spent my mornings unwinding in the lovely garden area and enjoying a cozy spot by the water. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, promptly assisting with several of our requests. Unfortunately, we did experience a few hiccups, including a leaking air conditioner that required a room change, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent during our stay. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall ambiance and cleanliness made for a pleasant experience.

The location is quite tranquil, tucked away on a lovely side street just a 10-15 minute walk to the town center. The spacious room had a huge bathroom and excellent hot water pressure! Bicycles available for free really made exploring the area easy.
