The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the historic city. It was convenient to explore the city without needing a car. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to a partner parking area, which was really helpful. Additionally, the facilities and decoration of the hotel were excellent, providing a luxurious experience.

One downside was the lack of a proper parking system. It was a bit confusing to find a parking spot and there was a language barrier when we tried to inquire about it.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with a beautiful room and friendly staff. The location in the town is fantastic and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The hotel restaurant they recommended for our birthday dinner was fantastic, and the service there was impeccable. the staff at Palazzo Gattini made our stay memorable and enjoyable.
