Great value for money, with comfortable beds and the best towels I've ever had. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy parking and a fun bar. However, the absolute standout was the delightful and efficient staff who made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

While the buffet breakfast had a nice variety of options, it would have been better if the hotel had better WiFi connectivity.

The hotel was located within walking distance from the town center, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean with fresh white towels. The breakfast provided had a good variety and tasted decent enough.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. There were dirty handprints on the walls and stained curtains in the room, while the lobby area had a musty smell.

The views from the hotel were stunning and breathtaking. Being able to wake up every morning to such a picturesque scene was an absolute treat. I highly recommend this charming hotel for its wonderful views and excellent service.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, they really made me feel at home. During our xmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and attractive bar and dining room at the hotel. the breakfast offering was exceptional, with a wide variety of continental items and a hot breakfast buffet. the location was also a major advantage, as it was close to the main town. Additionally, the free parking provided by the hotel was greatly appreciated.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the reception staff, particularly the lady working late, seemed unenthusiastic about her job.

I've stayed at Heights multiple times and always encountered the same friendly blonde receptionist. She's the nicest and most accommodating staff member I've ever encountered. the other staff members are also incredibly kind and helpful. the hotel has a homely vibe, and I always feel drawn back to it. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us - close enough to town to walk in about 25/30 minutes but far enough out that we weren't stuck in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We loved that the hotel was surrounded by grocery stores, clothing stores, and outdoor stores, making it convenient for us to stock up on anything we needed before exploring smaller towns and villages. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the room service and car hire to the welcome drink and in-room safe. The staff, especially Eliza in the restaurant, were exceptional - always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

We did have a minor issue with the staff being inattentive after we asked for service three times during our meal. However, overall, the service at this hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to others.
