The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and gym, were superb. The location was perfect, right across the street from the exhibit I wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was another restaurant with tasty food as well. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Panama City for a business trip, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The employees were wonderful and provided all the information and support I needed. The breakfast at the 15th was nice, and the hotel amenities were well-maintained. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right in front of the Atlapa convention center.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms organized and spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness gym and spinning room, which were excellent. The swimming pool was also great. The location was perfect for attending the Van Gogh exhibit at the convention center, as it was right across the street. The staff at the check-in/check-out desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious.

Great service and comfortable rooms. During my stay at the Sheraton Grand, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had a nice bar area and a casino, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, I would still highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I had a great experience at this hotel.
