The kitchen had everything we needed for a quick breakfast. The fireplace was warm and cozy after a long day out.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it.

The room was old and dirty, with stained sheets and a mattress that felt like a sinkhole. It was so bad that I couldn’t stay comfortable and enjoy my time there.

Rooms were clean and in a nice location. The playground could use some better maintenance, though.

Indoor/outdoor pool looked appealing, but we didn’t use it. On the downside, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We encountered steps despite assurances of elevators, and limited outlets posed a challenge for our CPAP machines. The staff, while responsive to some requests, fell short on resolving key issues. Parking was tight, and safety gaps on the balcony were concerning with small children. Could be better, but with some adjustments, it has potential. It’s crucial to set correct expectations on room availability and cleanliness.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the exciting entertainment, shopping, and nightlife the Smokies have to offer.

My wife says that the pool and hot tub should be open later for families with children.

The cozy fireplace and kitchenette made me feel right at home amongst the nature vibes of the hotel. Appreciated the comfy bed and fresh sheets after a day exploring. Hoped for friendlier staff during check-in, but overall the experience was solid. ?

The two-bedroom suite was impressive for the price, with a well-stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. The atmosphere felt cozy, especially with the fireplace. a musty smell lingered, and the mattress sagged, detracting from comfort. The location was convenient; a quick walk to shops and attractions, plus a trolley stop right outside, though we preferred to walk due to busy days. Some areas showed wear and tear, needing attention, like broken patio stones and an empty pool. With a little improvement, this place could be a gem for families on a budget.

Comfortable family accommodations with great amenities

Gatlinburg Town Square offers spacious 2-bedroom suites with well-stocked kitchens, perfect for families. The indoor and outdoor facilities, including pools, hot tubs, and a friendly staff, enhance the stay. While cleanliness could improve, the location near the trolley and downtown is a definite plus.

Perfectly situated for exploring Gatlinburg’s best attractions!

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the main strip, making it super easy to walk to all the attractions and activities in Gatlinburg, like Ripley's Aquarium just over 1 kilometer away and numerous restaurants like Howard's Steakhouse under a kilometer away, plus the trolley stop right in front of the hotel adds to the convenience! The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice balcony to enjoy the mountain views, but the facilities could use a bit of updating.

We were super close to all the rad downtown shops and nightlife. Chillin' at the indoor pool was lit, and the outdoor pool was dope. Our room had a sick cable TV and a DVD player for late-night movies after hitting the town. Slayin' in the Smokies with the squad was off the charts fun!

The king suite feels homey and has a full kitchen, living room, and a nice bathroom. Love the hot tub and the sauna in the bedroom. It’s great to have a private balcony and a fireplace too. The kids enjoyed the ping pong. Plus, there’s a fitness center and free parking, which helps.

The room had a nice jacuzzi tub that was a joy after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the balconies offered a lovely spot to relax.

The elevator was painfully slow and made us dread the trips up and down.
