stayed in kilmore quay before, but wooden house exceeded expectations. friendly staff, beautiful location and delicious seafood. definitely recommend their restaurant.

The location could not be better, with the hotel situated right across the road from a beautiful beach and just a short walk down to the harbour. The views of the harbour from our room were breathtaking. The room itself was lovely, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with our requests such as keeping our fish in the fridge. We also enjoyed the excellent food served at the hotel's restaurant.

There were some issues with the breakfast. We had booked it, but unfortunately, it was not available during our stay.

The hotel is great value for money and offers basic amenities. The rooms are well-equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, and some even have a view. The location is central to everything and the staff are attentive and friendly.

Minor improvements can be made for vegetarians.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the well-appointed and clean studio, complete with a small bag of ice in the fridge. The shower had good pressure and hot water, providing a comfortable experience. It felt like good value for money, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel location was great, very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops around. We were given some complementary champagne and chocolates, which was a nice touch. The staff was always friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large TV to watch some movies.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel restaurant. We had to wait for a long time to be served and the food was not up to our expectations.

Our stay at the Wooden House was comfortable and enjoyable. The bed in our deluxe king room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, complete with a luxurious jacuzzi bath that provided a relaxing experience. We especially loved the balcony with its amazing view of the Saltees, a perfect spot to unwind.

There were tea/coffee marks on the dressing table and dust on the bedside lamp shades. The pillow cases were inside out and not ironed, which was a letdown.
