The staff were fabulous always welcoming and helpful the stunning atmosphere with the waft of jasmine was a lovely touch breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed in a charming garden courtyard.

My stay was marred by noise disturbances, even after moving to a higher floor. I was disappointed by the shower that leaked, creating a slippery mess in the tiny bathroom. Additionally, the rooftop bar required reservations and was overpriced, and I felt misled about its exclusivity despite the hotel’s claims of luxury. I expected more from a five-star hotel.

We had the chance to stay in a room that had a large balcony overlooking a busy street! ! It was nice being in the heart of everything, and we didn't even hear a sound from the street when we were inside. The staff was incredibly responsive. when we had a little issue with the room temperature, they brought us fans quickly and moved us to a cooler room with just a few minutes of packing, which was super smooth for us.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for the quality and service, it felt acceptable.
