The service here was excellent, from the room service to the car hire to the housekeeping. The staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of.

The location was unbeatable, right next to Ponte Vecchio and close to all the center areas. The receptionists, especially Philipo, were amazing. They helped us get a room upgrade at a reasonable price and suggested amazing restaurants. The hotel was lovely, with accommodating staff, a nice breakfast, and fashionably decorated rooms. The bed was comfy and the location was fantastic.

During my Easter stay, I loved the comfortable and well-designed rooms. the bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub and a separate shower. the water pressure was great, and the bath amenities provided were of high quality. Another highlight was the fantastic location, just off the famous bridge and within walking distance to major attractions. Being able to explore Florence on foot was a definite advantage.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the rooms lacked natural light, which made them feel quite dark.
