The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of the city. It is close to the bridge and the castle tower, making it convenient for exploring the historic center of Bassano del Grappa. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. The service provided by the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including cheese, salami, bread, cereals. The hotel also had a bar/café terrace with a lovely view of the square.

Easy to walk around. the rooms were comfortable with roomy bathrooms. the staff was very friendly and helpful - providing us with great recommendations for places to eat. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable with excellent cappuccinos. the hotel was charming and provided a great Italian experience.

The Wi-Fi was poor but honestly, we were on vacation to enjoy the town, not the internet. the bathroom had a cramped shower and limited space for toiletries, but it did the job.

The rooms, on the 1st floor of a nice old building near the castle tower, offer a beautiful view of the town. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast included very fresh croissants and rolls, a perfect way to start the day.
