From the second we arrived, the service made us feel special. Our room had mind-blowing views of Lake Como, and the daily breakfast was exquisite, with fresh juices and pastries. Renting a self-drive boat was the highlight. exploring the lake at our own pace was unforgettable.

My experience was far from satisfactory. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and I constantly had to request basic items that should have been stocked. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming, and it took forever for room service to deliver even mediocre dishes. For the amount charged, I expected much more, especially in terms of food quality and room maintenance.

I had an unforgettable stay at this remarkable place. The sunset views from the large outdoor terrace were peaceful. I enjoyed an evening boat ride in the handmade Inglesina, which really captured the essence of the lake. One night, I indulged in a private wine tasting, discovering fine wines from Italy. The service was seamless and attentive, making every moment special. I appreciated that I could relax while still experiencing the beauty of the surroundings.

The staff was friendly and super helpful, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t the most reliable sometimes. Still, worth every penny for those views!
