The receptionist was extremely helpful, hotel located near bus station, beautiful and spacious room, English channels on TV, close walking distance to train station and funicular.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and airport bus. The hotel's proximity to the funicular rail station made it easy to explore the charming old town. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We were particularly impressed with the great hairdryer provided, which was better than what we usually find in hotels.

During our recent stay at Mercure, we were delighted by the unbeatable location. Being just a short distance away from the central station, city center, shops, and restaurants made exploring Bergamo a breeze. Additionally, the comfortable rooms with high ceilings and impressive Italian decor provided a truly pleasant experience. The good quality linen and comfortable bed ensured a relaxing night's sleep.

It's important to mention that the breakfast was not included in the price, and the view from our window was not ideal. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The hotel was well located in the heart of the city. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. the room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were generally friendly and helpful and the complimentary wifi and breakfast were a nice bonus.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. The biggest problem was the noise level;

Very near train station, just a 5-minute walk. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a premium room with a spacious layout and access to the minibar! As Accor members, we even enjoyed a complimentary drink upon arrival. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering both cooked and continental options of great quality. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and provided us with a helpful map. The price was excellent for everything we received.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the train station and the centre of Bergamo. You can easily explore the city and there are convenient transport links. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast provided is good with a variety of options available. More power outlets or charging points would be beneficial, especially near the bed.
