We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location right in the main piazza of this beautiful hilltop town was perfect. We enjoyed being able to easily walk around to the shops and restaurants each day. The suite we stayed in had an unforgettable view over the whole Umbria from its terrace, making our stay even more special. The staff was excellent and friendly, with special mention of Paulo, who went above and beyond to assist us. The restaurant downstairs offered delicious food and the service was top-notch. We also appreciated the small gestures, like offering us cold water before our journey. this place exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.

We stayed at Palazzo Bontadosi Hotel & Spa for a weekend during a big free concert event. Leonardo at the front desk was a hero, assisting us with parking and giving excellent suggestions for exploring the town. The location is perfect, right on the piazza, with flat level areas for those who prefer not to walk uphill. The room was beautiful, with a high ceiling and everything was super clean. The staff, at reception and during breakfast, were very nice and the restaurant was wonderful, even accommodating a special meal for a sick friend.
