This hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the main shopping mall and in front of a tram station that takes you to Dogo Onsen. You'll also find the castle just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great wet room shower and bath tub arrangement. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help with any requests.

The beds in the rooms can be a bit too firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and clean, with separate toilet, vanity, and shower with a lockable door. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The location was great, within walking distance to the rope way station, Lawson convenience store, and restaurants. Public transport was also right in front.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was extremely impressed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram station and easily accessible from the JR station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Excellent location, close to cable car and castle. Clean and spacious rooms. Convenient coin laundry facilities. Very good breakfast at Salvatore Cuomo pizzeria. Brand new hotel with nice bathrooms. Conveniently located near shopping mall and chair lift. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Modern upmarket hotel in downtown area

The hotel offered a cup of coffee and a welcome drink at check-in, which was a nice gesture. the location was prime, right by a bustling street filled with restaurants and shops. It was also within walking distance to several tourist attractions. the room was quite cozy with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed.

The noise level from the street and nearby trams kept me up at night. the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

The bed in my room at Daiwa Roynet Hotel was large, firm, and incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep thanks to the cozy and inviting bedding. The bathroom was also fantastic, with modern and spacious facilities that made me feel refreshed and pampered. While the breakfast options were not entirely suited to European tastes, the smoothies and juices were outstanding. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, its central location was convenient for exploring the city. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
