Great location and comfy vibes

This place is super close to the freeway, restaurants, and even a grocery store. The room was spacious and comfy, plus the parking is right next door, which is a big win. Loved the cute little alcoves to chill in. The only downside was the staff seemed a bit stretched, so getting help took a minute.

From diving in the sea to chilling at the beach, there was never a dull moment. The staff rocked, making our adventure super smooth!

The location was super convenient, just a short distance to Universal Studios, and with shopping and dining options right downstairs, it was so convenient. We loved how cozy and comfy the beds were in the clean room.

The only downside was being placed next to a noisy neighbor who rambled on loudly for about 20 minutes every day. Though not the hotel's fault, it did dampen our experience a bit.

The carpeted floor looked old and worn out, and there was a strange smell lingering in the room that was quite off-putting. The air conditioning unit seemed to struggle to cool the room properly, making it quite uncomfortable to relax in. the room lacked basic amenities such as ironing facilities, which made it difficult for us to keep our clothes looking neat and presentable. the hotel did offer a shuttle service, which was convenient for getting around the area. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, which helped improve the overall experience slightly. the lack of attention to detail in the room and the outdated facilities were major drawbacks that overshadowed the positives.

The view from our top floor room was of traffic and IKEA. The front desk gentleman was professional and efficient. The location was convenient for our event at the LA Zoo. Our room was clean, quiet, and the air conditioner worked well.
