The hotel had a great location right on a private beach, which was a huge plus. We loved being able to relax and unwind by the ocean without the crowds of South Beach. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities that added to our comfort.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the restaurant options were limited, and the prices were quite high.

I recently celebrated my birthday at the Surf Club and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel design is a masterpiece, combining the old and new seamlessly. The location is ideal, the service was excellent, and the spa was wonderful. I loved the sustainable initiatives, like using glass and paper products instead of plastic. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food at the Champaign bar and restaurant was great. it was a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The high-end experience at this hotel was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for a luxurious weekend. Our spacious room on a high floor had a balcony with a stunning view of the waterway and the city skyline. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and we enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful ambiance. the history of the hotel was palpable, and we loved spending time in the lobby, soaking it all in. the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was the cherry on top, with delicious food and impeccable service. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Bal Harbor for shopping was a major advantage.
