The entertainment team, especially Karen and Jonny, brought joy to our stay. The peaceful beach was immaculate, and the romantic dinner on the shore was a highlight, creating lasting memories.

Pool side bar staff kept us totally hydrated!

During my 4-night stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. The pools were often dirty, with greenish water and floating debris, which made me hesitant to swim. Additionally, there was a consistent problem with the air conditioning. it would fluctuate unpredictably, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. I also noticed that the beach, which should have been the highlight, was frequently covered in seaweed, and the attempts to clean it left a lot to be desired.

i almost thought this place could be decent, but the air conditioning didn’t work, and the food was honestly tragic. also, the check-in took forever. after all those issues, i expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but nope—no special treatment here. well, guess i’ll be sharing this review instead of a glowing one. lovely stay, really.

Pool bar staff were legends! Always filled our drinks—never a dry cup! Big ups to Manuel and Guadalupe, they were super chill. Had a fun time with the entertainment crew, especially Alejandro, who brought the energy!

Just one issue with our room at first, had to switch 'cause of bedbugs. Not lekker at all.

Oh, those whole wheat bread rolls at dinner were a delight and paired perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere thanks to the fantastic staff! The Italian and Mexican restaurants served dishes that were truly remarkable—thanks, Sarai, for those Marquesitas!

But I must admit, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the air conditioning had a curious cabbage scent. Plus, we had a little hiccup with airport transport. I'd recommend steering clear of the on-site agents who seemed more focused on profits than guest care.

Beautiful beach accessibility and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the variety of food options, which were mostly tasty. The evenings were vibrant with entertainment and the resort grounds were well-kept and picturesque.

Unfortunately, there were issues with food quality inconsistencies and some sections of the resort felt a bit dated. Additionally, noise from the night club kept us up late on multiple occasions, disrupting our restful evenings.

I had a fantastic time walking through the nearby Xel-Ha Park and enjoying the art and history at the Playa del Carmen Archeological Site, which were both just a quick stroll away. the staff, especially Enrique and Abel, were always welcoming and made us feel right at home during our stay.

I had a good time during my stay. The beach was nearby, and I enjoyed long walks through the area, especially to a local archaeological site. I appreciated the variety of food options offered throughout my visit. The staff was welcoming, which made me feel at home. I made sure to tip them, as it's a way to acknowledge their hard work. It was an experience that I would consider repeating.

It was just an excellent fit for spending a night in Playa del Carmen with value for money. The mini-bar was restocked daily, which was a nice touch after a long day. Make sure to check out the activity team for fun contests during your stay.

great beach access and nearby parks for city strolls

I loved my stay because I was able to easily walk to the Playa del Carmen Archeological Site, which is just under a mile away, and I enjoyed relaxing in Los Fundadores Park, just a short stroll from the hotel. both spots added so much charm to my weekend getaway and were perfect for leisurely walks and soaking up the local vibe.

No hot water during our entire stay!!! We had leaks through the ceiling during rain!!! The all-inclusive offering felt cheap and unappetizing!!! Check-in took far too long with uninterested staff!!! It seems like there's room for improvement in service and offerings!!!
