The staff is excellent and there are plenty of charging options and good wifi. The value is fantastic, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

One negative aspect is that some rooms don't have chairs to sit outside.

We really appreciated the complementary amenities such as the abundant linen and the easy-to-use coffee maker. the lady at the front desk was always really friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

The swimming pool was not usable due to green slime, and the air conditioner was really loud. We also wished there was more lighting in the room, as there was only one lamp and one ceiling light.

I recently stayed at Travelodge in Pigeon Forge for a weekend getaway. The staff, especially Deepa, provided exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations. The room was affordable and the location was perfect for visiting Dollywood. The hotel is undergoing renovations and has plenty of charging options, including USB ports. The wifi connection was surprisingly fast. great value and I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great location for Dolly Parton Stampede. The room was clean, and the staff was accommodating when I asked for extra linens. Although the beds were a bit uncomfortable, overall I would recommend this hotel for its reasonable price and convenient location.
