Secondly, the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with working internet, which was perfect for staying connected during my stay.

Although there was one aspect that could be improved, overall, my stay at this hotel was great.

The hotel, housed in the historic B&O building, had clean and spacious rooms. It was a delightful first-time experience that I would love to repeat.

The hotel even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the harbor.

They upgraded us to the Xbox room, delivered cookies and milk, and even sent a birthday note. The high-ceilinged, comfortable rooms had a supper-classy vibe without feeling outdated. The staff, always friendly and helpful, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the area's amazing restaurants and attractions.

We really loved our stay here! The location of this hotel is fantastic, being so near to the harbor and within walking distance of some great stores in a good part of town. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including irons and ironing boards. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. The staff were also wonderful, from the friendly and attentive bell staff and porter to the helpful and welcoming desk clerks. We also appreciated the car hire and dry cleaning services available, as well as the free welcome drink.

We also appreciated the friendly and professional staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the breakfast served was delicious and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The elevators were a bit slow at times, which detracted slightly from our otherwise enjoyable stay.
