The Yokohama Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent facilities and amenities. The breathtaking view from our room, comfortable beds, and well-appointed furnishings made our stay truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially with my elderly mother in a wheelchair. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the mall and train station. we couldn't have asked for a better experience as a family.

The hotel felt like a home away from home, with no complaints whatsoever.

my recent stay in yokohama was absolutely magical thanks to bay hotel tokyu. the room had a breathtaking view of the bay area and cosmo clock, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the location was ideal, close to shopping centers and the metro station. it was the perfect romantic getaway.

The location was ideal, with easy access to trains and a connected mall with many dining options. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a business trip.

The carpet needed cleaning, and there was an additional charge for using the swimming pool. Coffee was not provided in the room, and when we asked for sachets, we had to pay for them.

This hotel is a luxurious venue, with exclusive amenities and excellent service. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the grand lobby and the friendly staff. the room was spacious, with elegant decor and exclusive room advantages. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, with a great massage and sauna experience. the Indoor swimming pool was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. the location advantages were obvious, with a short 5-minute walk to the subway station, while also being connected to a large shopping centre.

While the in-room breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, the restaurant's menu was limited, with a higher price range.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed some complementary facts like free chocolate and fruit in the room, and free Wi-Fi. the hotel has a great location, close to the subway station and shopping centers. Another advantage is that the room had a breathtaking view of the city and the bay.

The breakfast was expensive and not very good, most of the options were cold. the gym and pool were not included in the price, and the fees were high.
