The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, from providing restaurant recommendations to personally walking guests to the restaurants. the hotel facilities were also impressive, with an infinity pool on a high floor offering stunning views of the city. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a beautiful ambiance.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. the light and window switches were a bit confusing and took some time to get used to.

As adventure travelers, we loved the excellent staff who efficiently helped us with check-in and provided professional service throughout our stay. The hotel's modern, minimalistic and luxurious design, along with spacious rooms and beautiful views from the bath tub, made for a perfect combination. The attention to detail in the room's switches, HVAC, and overall maintenance impressed us. The location was also great, and the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home.

Located in Gangnam, this hotel offers a convenient stay right across from Coex mall, the largest underground mall in South Korea. It is next to an underground station and a bus station that goes directly to the airport. The rooms are beautifully decorated with high-end fittings and offer stunning views of Gangnam. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet at the onsite restaurant. The hotel also offers outstanding facilities, including a pool, sauna, and spa locker room with dressing amenities.

Park Hyatt Seoul provided impeccable service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway station and COEX mall. The infinity pool offered stunning city views. The complimentary cocktails and snacks for World of Hyatt Globalists were a nice touch. The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities. We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The location, right next to a subway station and in the center of everything, was perfect. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to 3 other malls and opposite the largest underground mall in South Korea, the COEX. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was excellent.

This venue is by far the most luxurious hotel I have stayed at. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, with exceptional service and an outstanding spa, wellness centre and indoor pool. the immaculate room with its modern design offered breathtaking views of the city, along with an in-room breakfast that was outstanding. the restaurant and bar provided a wonderful atmosphere, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city.

I did experience a minor issue with the elevator banks. While there were multiple elevator banks to access different areas of the hotel, it took a while to get to them all due to the limited options.

Great service and location. the hotel offers complementary snacks in the minibar and daily fruit baskets, which is a nice touch. It's situated near a subway station and surrounded by an array of restaurants and clubs. the rooftop pool has stunning views of the city.

The elevators are inconveniently located, and the air conditioning system is noisy. the shower head had low water pressure and was difficult to use, and there was some traffic noise from outside.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt for my birthday and the last night of my trip. The attention to detail in the room was amazing, with everything you needed and customizable lighting and temperature settings. The highlight was the bathroom, especially the bathtub with a view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location near Samseong Station made it easy to explore the city. The view from the room was exceptional, and the breakfast had a good variety of food options. The hotel deserves good ratings thanks to the exceptional staff.
