Great value for money! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the buffet breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The receptionist, Olivia, spoke excellent English and was always friendly. I highly recommend Haeden Hotel High End for a comfortable and affordable stay in Suwon!

Fantastic location to kick-off the new year celebrations, with nearby shops and restaurants. the gym has top-notch equipment, and the breakfast offerings were delicious and fulfilling. the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The decor was dated, and some towels were not as fresh as they could have been. However, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Suwon City Hall subway station, allowing for easy access to Suwon station through the Bundang-line. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to nearby destinations when taxis are unavailable. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern toilets. The breakfast buffet is a feast, offering a variety of dishes.

The staff at the front desk were seen arguing amongst themselves, which could be unpleasant for guests.

Comfy bed, great shower. Spacious bathroom and wardrobe. Strong wifi. Good value for big room. Favorite hotel in the area, always come back. Clean and offers nice city view. Close to cafes, restaurants, etc. Excellent staff. Very likable rooms. Convenient location with subway, grocery store, and places to eat and shop. Onsite convenience store. Spacious, clean room with everything needed.
