We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with hawker stalls right next to the hotel and a supermarket within walking distance. The staff was helpful and quick, allowing us to check in early if there were available rooms. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. there was a mini market right beside the hotel where we could easily purchase any forgotten items.

We found that the price was a bit higher compared to other hotels in the area with similar amenities and a strategic location.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to a variety of eateries and food stalls nearby. There was also a hospital nearby and a convenient grab application for transportation. The presence of a pharmacy and a convenient shop next door added to the convenience of the location.

Clean and Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. the hotel is located in an excellent area with street food and a 24-hour supermarket just around the corner. the hotel's location makes it easy to navigate through the city with the bus interchange and market within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The rooms are quite small with no closet or locker, making it difficult to store belongings. the room we had lacked any windows leading to it feeling a bit cramped at times.

We had a lovely stay at 118 Hotel Macalister. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near food stalls and a short stroll to Komtar. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
