Ascott was an excellent choice for our stay in KL. The location was superb, just a short walk away from the iconic Petronas Towers and KLCC. The apartment itself was fantastic, with comfortable beds, modern decor, and a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities, such as the two pools and the gym, were great additions to our stay. We especially loved the rooftop pool with its stunning view of the Petronas Towers. Ascott provided us with a memorable and enjoyable experience during our time in KL.

The staff at Ascott were always attentive and willing to assist with any queries or concerns. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was the lack of provided condiments in the kitchen. Additionally, the pillows were a little too fat for my liking, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
