I can’t believe I had to share an elevator that smelled like cigarettes. I also had to deal with tiny cockroaches in my room, but no one cared. I was expecting some kind of upgrade for such disappointments, but no, just mediocre service. I almost considered leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The room had a nice mini fridge and microwave.

The room decor is outdated and feels quite worn down!!! The pool area is overcrowded and the noise from nearby roads is relentless!!! I'd suggest securing more reliable elevator service to avoid exhaustion when climbing stairs!!!
