Staff are friendly and the property feels safe, especially with a guard at the entrance. the shuttle service is limited and inconvenient, running just twice a day with odd times. Ordering food was troublesome due to the lobby pickup policy, and new fees for early check-in were frustrating after many years of staying here. Still, the amenities like the restaurant and ample parking make it a solid choice, despite some hiccups with transportation logistics.

The hotel was incredibly convenient, being only a short stroll from Disney Springs and surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering everything from Cuban to Japanese cuisine, all within a pleasant shaded park walk, making it easy for someone exploring the area like me to enjoy the surroundings without getting lost, and the spacious, comfortable rooms with large closets and direct access to the pool were a huge plus, but the cleanliness of the room could be improved as I found some crumbs in the corners.

We liked the room layout, especially the split bathroom. Great location, just 10 mins to Disney. Super clean rooms with comfy beds and every amenity you need, like a microwave and fridge. The breakfast had a DIY mickey waffle station! Nice pools and a cute splash pad. Coffee was amazing. Totally worth the price!

Housekeeping was regular, and the location was super close to the parks. The smell in the lobby was off-putting.
