The location of Ascott was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Petronas towers from our room and the rooftop pool. The room itself was luxurious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The facilities, including the gym and library, added an extra touch of convenience. We were also impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, especially those who assisted with our baggage. Ascott provided exceptional value for money and made our stay in Kuala Lumpur truly memorable.

One minor drawback was the lack of provided condiments in the kitchen. Additionally, the pillows were a little too fat for my liking, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
