The beds were super comfy and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Santo Domingo. The rooftop patio offered stunning views of the mountains and city. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and healthy, with fresh fruits, juices, and even veggies!

They were always willing to assist with directions and suggestions. the location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk to the town plaza and other attractions. Additionally, the free use of computers for guests was a convenient amenity.

The breakfast could have been better, especially the coffee which was weak and tasted like colored water. the mattress in my room was also quite hard and the pillow was almost flat, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

We recently stayed at Hotel Aitana for a few nights on our trip to Oaxaca. The location was excellent - just a short walk from the historical centre but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the optional breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with lovely linens and an amazing rooftop terrace offering a stunning view of the city. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return.
