com, I had access to all pool areas and most beach areas. The a la carte restaurants were fabulous, and the buffet meals were also fantastic. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The pool area was clean and relaxed, with attentive staff such as Javier and Ivan. The option to choose between a quiet area and a busier area with entertainment was great. The cleaning staff were lovely, even making cute towel animals.

The property is located in a private residential area, offering a beautiful setting inside and out. Good music and great breakfast with no reservation needed. Convenient location, only 20 minutes from Xcaret. The bar staff and servers are incredibly attentive. A vehicle is needed for getting around.

The privileged Pure Bar had great quality drinks and minimal wait time. The resort was easy to navigate and had quick access to all facilities. The pool bars, crepe center, and sausage/hot dog cart added convenience. Met great people from different countries.

Additionally, the leisure amenities such as the spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a lovely way to unwind after a long day.
