Spotty wifi connection.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property for a relaxing trip and I was not disappointed. The Omni Resort has made impressive improvements since it was the Hilton. The pool area, interiors, and outdoor seating are all top-notch. The pool bars and poolside waitress added to the enjoyable experience. Our room, with a resort view and kitchenette, was modern and well-equipped. The staff, from the front desk to the maid service, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location right on the beach at Palmetto Dunes was perfect, and exploring the island by bike was a highlight. Alexander's restaurant nearby served amazing seafood. I will definitely book again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff had a great attitude and the grounds had a tropical feel. Enjoyed walks by the ocean. We had a lovely anniversary surprise in our room. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. The pools were clean and there were fun activities for both families and adults.

Recently traveled to Hilton and stayed at this wonderful hotel. Stayed for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The adult pool was lovely and the service from the staff was top-notch. Rosa and Connor at the Bouy bar and poolside provided exceptional service, while Maria, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff had a great attitude and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel grounds were beautiful with palm trees and the beach was easily accessible. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful resort, steps from the beach

Almost perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. the room I stayed in, a basic king resort view, was great and had a convenient kitchenette. I also found it very easy to navigate the resort and access all the amenities.

On the downside, I felt the value for money could have been better as everything on the resort was quite expensive, from the drinks to the food. Additionally, there were some issues that affected my overall experience.

As youngsters, we loved the amazing pools and beach, especially the adult pool and the availability of local bikes on-site. The staff was the friendliest ever, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was fantastic.

I especially appreciated Diane, the knowledgeable concierge, who gave me excellent suggestions for things to do and see in the area.
