The 3-bedroom villa was clean, well-serviced, and gorgeous. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was beautiful and I always felt safe. The food from their menu was delicious. The hotel had a nature theme, cared about the environment, and had great pools. The location was convenient for visiting the cenotes and Tulum beach.

I was impressed with the beautiful decor of the hotel, especially the spacious and comfortable room. The highlight of my stay was the amazing deep tissue massage I got from the reflexologists in the hotel's healing spot. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I enjoyed my stay at Copal despite the few minor inconveniences of a distant location and limited seating around the pool area. I would recommend this hotel.

The delicious food at the restaurant includes freshly prepared sushi, and the breakfast is great. The secluded location makes for a peaceful stay, and taxis and bikes are easily accessible for getting around. The private outdoor space provides a luxurious touch with a refreshing private pool.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The location within the upcoming Aldea Zama neighborhood was really peaceful. Our room with a stunning view over the rest of the town was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were really good. The breakfast they served was just what we needed to start our day.

They made it easy for me to feel at home and provided great advice on enjoying my time in Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The Deluxe King room with a private pool was a great choice, with convenient access to the infinity pool. The restaurant served fantastic three-course meals for breakfast and dinner, with organic and vegetarian options. The hotel also provided excellent concierge service for any needs, including room service and transportation.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the beach, cafes, and restaurants, requiring a car or bike for transportation. the area itself was underdeveloped and had some safety concerns, such as homeless people nearby.

The resort had great amenities like two wonderful pools and complimentary facts like well-stocked cafes and massage rooms were available. the location was perfect, close to the buzzing strip and some areas that gave a pleasant feel.

The poorly ventilated rooms emanated a damp and musty smell which was overpowering. Unfortunately, our group was next to a room full of rowdy people and the thin walls did nothing to block out the noise.

Recently stayed at Copal for my 40th birthday celebrations with a group of 12 people. The hotel is beautiful, picturesque, and feels like you're in the middle of the jungle. The food was good and available 24 hours via room service. The staff in the restaurant were welcoming and friendly. The hotel rooms, pool area, and lush landscaping create a zen-like atmosphere. The customer service team goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Patricia provided excellent communication and personalized recommendations. The on-site restaurant offers delicious sushi and a great breakfast. The location is quieter but still conveniently located between the town and the beach. Bicycles are available for rent and taxis are safe and reliable. Fresh juice is also available at reception.

The hotel had such a picturesque and beautiful design, from the rooms to the rooftop and groundcover pools. the facilities were great, with a pool and bar, knowledgeable hotel guides, and a gym. the staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond for us. I appreciated that the hotel was environmentally conscious.

While the staff was polite and attentive, there were a few areas where they fell short. Every time we requested something, they would say "yes, immediately" but then nothing would happen.
