Great location with Starbucks next door.

I was really disappointed with the outdated facilities. The pool closed way too early at 10 PM, which is ridiculous for a hotel. Additionally, the valet parking was excessively expensive and not worth it for the lack of options available. The experience was frustrating, and I expected much better from a Hyatt.

The central air was perfect for allergies, and we loved the large Starbucks across the street! The pool at night with city lights was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed seeing cruise ships from our room on the 10th floor too. Angela went above and beyond to help us with breakfast when we missed it!

Request a room on a higher floor for excellent views and quieter stays. The outdoor deck with a fireplace is a great spot to unwind in the evenings.

While the breakfast situation caused some stress, the attentive staff and clean room made up for it. I loved the outdoor deck and the easy access to local attractions, especially Starbucks right next door.

The location’s a win, but the breakfast setup on day two was a mess. We got hit with a sign saying it was closed for cleanliness, which felt shady, especially with the Bar Exam crowd. Shoutout to the staff though, they tried their best. Next time, hope they’re ready for the rush!

Enjoying a hearty breakfast with fresh fruits set a positive tone for the day, and dinner options were surprisingly delightful. While the pool was a nice amenity, its limited depth was a minor drawback. The location's convenience, especially near medical facilities, blended well with the overall experience.

Great Stay with Central Location!

We loved our stay! The room was comfortable, perfect for lounging after our long days. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially during check-in. For breakfast, I recommend arriving early. The nearby Starbucks can get busy, so plan accordingly!

The stay was pretty nice. They upgraded us to the 13th floor with a awesome view , and the kids loved the spacious room! Plus, the staff was super friendly and really made us feel welcome.

Not the cheapest place around , but wasn't bad for the experience we had.
