Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect; we were close to the beautiful river walk and just a short drive to Clearwater beaches. The cozy room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and great view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided a delicious breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby and plenty of parking spaces available.

The fitness center was a bit small for our liking.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Downtown Tampa for a short trip. The hotel's location was perfect, and the property itself was spotless and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I appreciated the added security of needing a room key to access guest areas. The breakfast was delicious, and the cooks clearly take pride in their food. I also had a great experience with Caroline at the bar, who provided excellent service. everyone at the hotel seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast spread! The variety of options, including the mouthwatering bacon, made it one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of downtown. It's close to all the restaurants and attractions that I wanted to visit. Plus, it's easy to have a night on the town since everything is within walking distance.

The lack of housekeeping service. Despite requesting room cleaning and linen change, the staff did not respond appropriately and only attended to it on the last day.

The rooms were clean and up to date. The breakfast had many options and exceeded expectations. The staff, especially Raymond, was very helpful and made the check-in process easy. The outdoor deck, pool, and gym were nice amenities.
