As longer term business travelers, we loved the kid pool and extra activities offered at El Cid La Ceiba Beach. Great for families too!

The A/C kept the room nice and cold. We loved the ocean view and watching the cruise ships from our window. The snorkeling right by the hotel was amazing.

Traveling to Cozumel for snorkeling, we stayed at El Cid La Ceiba Beach for a few days. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and great snorkeling spot right at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our spacious room was clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The grounds were well-maintained, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The restaurant served excellent food, and the overall experience was wonderful.

I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the ocean and next to the cruise ship port. The room was spacious and clean, with a dual balcony that overlooked the pool and the sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. I also loved the fact that there were so many amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and bicycle hire. the service at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to good restaurants, and there was even a shopping complex across the street with a bank ATM, as well as a coffee shop and Carl's Jr. The staff was absolutely amazing - they were very friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There were a lot of cruise ships and passengers in the area, which initially overwhelmed us. Additionally, the hotel is not located close to the center of town, so we had to rely on taxis or rental cars to get around.
